November 20, Ms. Pose, a disabled veteran in Katy, TX had a medical emergency at a C-store. When she retrieved her Nissan Ariya EV where she parked it in front of the C-store, the owner told her that he had it towed. The EV's license plates clearly indicate that the owner is a disable veteran (DV).
