Mobile EV Charging Professional (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex or Houston area)

Job Description:

(Part-time Contract-to-Hire position)

Safe / clean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license.
Customer oriented. Able to communicate confidently arrival ETAs and high-level charging steps and discuss charging / mileage requirements and their status.
Able to understand written and verbal operating procedures. Able to operate the EV Charger safely, according to written procedures concerning personal safety, vehicle safety and equipment safety.
Able to follow start up and shut down procedures on charger and power source.
Assess and adapt to diverse situations at the vehicle requiring a charge and its surrounding. Able to problem solve based on situational assessment, personal knowledge and experience, information and advice from company resources and personnel, and information available on the Internet.
Ability to know when to call in for help.
Understanding of EV low-voltage and high-voltage battery systems.
Answer the phone or text from Dispatch when a customer requirement comes in.
Ability to move around equipment on wheels up to 100lbs.
