Yes. Once you call, we coordinate a meet point — usually the arrivals curb, the cell phone lot, or directly at your parked vehicle in the garage. We text a live ETA the whole way.
Can you charge my EV in the Ecopark or Terminal parking garage?
Yes. IAH EcoPark and all Terminal parking garages— all covered. We bring the charge to the stall.
What if my Tesla's 12V battery is dead?
Common after a 1–2 week parking stay. We carry 12V jump packs plus our DC mobile charger and recover lockouts on Model 3, Y, S, and X and Cybertruck.
