 Our consumer services cover every reason an individual EV owner needs help on the road. Emergency EV charging is the most common call — you ran out, we bring the kilowatt-hours. Tesla roadside assistance is our highest-volume specialty thanks to ten years of Model S, 3, X, Y, and Cybertruck experience. Range rescue is for the driver who is not at zero yet but knows they will not make their destination. Out-of-charge service is for the driver who already hit zero and is parked somewhere they cannot get a tow into.

Dead EV battery service handles the worst case: a high-voltage pack that has dropped below the level where the car will move. We can recover most of these on-site; however, pre-existing mechanical or electrical issues must be handled by a mechanic and the service call-out is non-refundable.

Dedicated Tesla roadside crew with NACS connectors, 12V jump support, and CCS-to-Tesla adapters. We handle dead high-voltage packs, sleeping 12V batteries, and Supercharger-reach charges on the spot.
